Human Kindness = Success

#Success isn’t determined on how we make a living. It’s how we treat people. Not to take away from those who have good paying jobs or from those doing what they love I respect that I glee for you. But how about those who let's say are cashiers.  There’s market cashiers, gas station cashiers, toll booth cashiers, restaurant cashiers, pharmacy cashiers, mechanic shop cashiers, movie theater cashiers, bank tellers (they do deal with monetary transactions). I'll stop there you see the picture Im painting right? And thats just cashiers. Now there's also cooks, maids, customer representatives, waitresses, waiters, drivers, warehouse workers, cable guy, internet guy (now days all the same guy), you get the picture Im painting right?

Whose to say all those people are not successful? 

Success comes in all shapes, forms, and sizes, colors and personalities. I could be rich and have the number one album out but if I treat people like they’re below me then Im just a piece of shit. I could be a fast food employee and treat everyone with respect and dignity and I’ll feel rich.  I could be the nations hottest reporter but If I walk around like my shit don’t stink then Im just compensating for not been an actor.  I could be the best happiest bus driver respecting each and every rider and Ill be the most successful transporter that ever lived.

Now vice versa.

I could be rich and have the number one album out treat people with respect and dignity and I’ll be the dopest rapper alive. I could be a fast food employee treat people like they below me then Im just a piece of shit. I could be the nations hottest reporter treating each encounter with the upmost respect and I’’ll be the most successful reporter that ever lived. I can be a rude unhappy bus driver griping and not helping riders then I’m just compensating for not been a pilot.

Success is the benefit of kindness and understanding for others despite the differences that defy us.
